Where We Ship


International Shipping
Petite Roya ships from our UAE warehouse to the following countries:
UAE, Saudi Arabia (KSA), Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar, Lebanon, Egypt, and Jordan.

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate for the destination country.


Other Destinations
If your country is not listed, please contact us at hello@petiteroya.com for availability and a custom shipping quote.


Processing & Delivery Times

• Orders are processed within 1 business day, excluding Sundays and UAE public holidays.
• No processing or shipping on Sundays and public holidays.


UAE Shipping Options


🚚 Same-Day Delivery
 • Available for orders placed before 12:00 PM.
• A same-day delivery fee will be applied.

🚛 Next-Day Delivery
 • Available for orders placed before 2:00 PM.
• Delivered the next business day.

Orders placed after the cut-off times will be processed the following business day.

International Delivery

  • GCC Ground Shipping: 4–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination country

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance or courier delays.


Shipping Costs


Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery option. You’ll see the final amount before confirming your order.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees

 

We happily ship Petite Roya boxes beyond the UAE 🤍

If your order is delivered outside the UAE, it may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by your country.

 

Import Fees Responsibility

 

• The recipient is considered the importer of record and is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees required by local authorities.

• These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and are not controlled by Petite Roya.

• By placing an order, you authorize the shipping carrier to handle customs clearance on your behalf if required.

• For questions about customs charges or required documentation, please contact the shipping carrier listed in your shipment confirmation email.

Address Accuracy


To ensure smooth delivery, please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout.
• If you need to update your address, contact us immediately.
• We may not be able to make changes after the order has been processed.
• Petite Roya is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.
• If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.


Undeliverable Orders


If your package is returned to us due to:
• An incomplete or incorrect address, or
• A failed delivery attempt

…the customer will be responsible for:
• Any return shipping fees charged by the courier
• The additional cost to resend the package


Lost or Delayed Shipments


If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us.
We will coordinate with our courier partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
